Balmar offer a one year warranty as described on their website.  Before you submit a warranty claim it will be worthwhile to call Balmar Technical Support at +1 (360) 435-6100 to have them talk through your issue and help with any troubleshooting tips.  If a return seems to be the only option you can make a warranty claim by completing and submitting the Balmar Warranty Form   In the event you need us at PKYS to help you present your claim feel free to get us involved but we will ultimately be asking Balmar to complete the warranty process.
